Very nice lady and a fine teacher; when you think of all the people imbued with a love of learning due to this excelent woman, you realize hers was a totally successful life in all the ways that truly matter, & I gather that, even though her brilliant letter to Mrs Thatcher did not result in St Frances staying open, it gave the former-premier much to think about.
I was sorry to hear of the passing of a great teacher, headteacher and stalwart of the Church. Most of all Anna was a a gentle, intelligent yet humble lady, open to all who came into her life. She will be sadly missed.
On behalf of my brothers Lawrence, Bryan and Fr. Desmond CSsR thank you very much for posting this notice of our dear Mums' death.
