Ahead of a new school year, Cardinal Cormac Murphy-O'Connor, Archbishop of Westminster, and Archbishop Patrick Kelly of Liverpool, President and Vice-President of the Bishops' Conference of England and Wales have writen a pastoral letter to all parishes in England and Wales.
