This presentation was given by Michael McGrath to secondary head teachers at the CHAS conference in April 2011. It addresses some of the challenges facing school leaders, seen through the filter of the Papal Visit and the recent SCES publication "Strive to be worthy". It also outlines the main features of the new Pope Benedict XVI Caritas award.
