Some key questions will be drawn from this debate and applied to Catholic schools in England. This will be followed by a short exploration of the development of the Catholic community in Scotland and the key questions that have been identified in the faith school debate in England will be applied to Scottish Catholic schools to interrogate and illuminate the rather unique nature of the Scottish debate.
