Michael McGrath, Director of the Scottish Catholic Education Service, presented a paper at Research Seminar organised by the Department of Religious Education University of Glasgow's Faculty of Education. The seminar took place on Monday 1st June 2009.
The title of the paper was: Faith in the system: bringing a faith-based vision to public life.
Abstract: Having faith in the system - empowering people of faith to contribute to public debate, recognising the wisdom of faith-based traditions, respecting and honouring religion as a source of inspiration towards lives of virtue and morality - is essential to the wellbeing of our nation.
